Yup yup Christmas is coming soon... Can you feel it?

Last year Christmas... Me and dar enjoyed ourselves... We went to Orchard to look at e Christmas light ups... We went to Mt Faber to look at e tallest Christmas tree and got ourselves scared by e sudden explosion of fireworks.... We went to Ginza Pub for e largest gathering of frenz and e wildest celebration for Christmas countdown.... That party was one of e best i guess... We made an advanced reservation for 10 people... Instead more than 10 turned up... Alex, Yeeling, Jesper, JX, Mag, Wenliang and many many more.... We sprayed e entire pub white... With artifical snow and confetti. Dar became a snow man within a few seconds trying to protect me from his frenz spraying tricks.....

What's up for this year? My appt book is open 4 booking liao...

Qns: What happens when u have a frenz who is doing his part for e nation on reservist?

Ans: U get wake up sms at 5.20am in e mrning.

Very nice smses wishing u gd mrning n showing how much he cares (by waking u up 3 hours b4 ur appointed waking time). *duhz* All becoz he is on night shift n cannot slp. So he picked up his phone n started playing with it. N i happen 2 be e few names he picked on his sms list.

BUT BUT

Mr L.W.E.S u forgot that in e modern days, mobile phones have a silent mode waiting to be chosen under e profiles list... Haha i am not toopidz u know.... Neither am i that much of a phone idiot to ignore that 'miserable small yet wei da' function on my mobile

Genting Trip (14th - 16th October)

Ok.. I am meeting dar at 10am to collect our Batam vouchers for tomorrow.. so let do a very quick one.. Hahaha...

14th October 2006 (That is about a month ago.. can't believe I am soooo late).. me and dar went up to Genting.. first proper bus trip...(not on a bike this time)....havent been up to Genting for quite some time oredi.. surprised at the so many changes that have come along so far... however still very much amazed by the same two things (the cold weather and the clouds).. just like when I was young.. hahaha

Do some people in SG really have so much work to do...? Do they really have no time to finish it all...?

Why do they have to hold on to their laptop while barely balancing themselves on the MRT? Dun they think it is damn troublesome editing documents and writing reports / proposals in this way?

Or are they just trying to act it all? Pretend that they are super busy, super hardworking or super rich to own a thin laptop?

My day today start off with a weird incident on e MRT. Dunno to laugh or to cry...

I was sitting besides 3 poly guys (I assumed they are poly guys because they got off at D***R)on e MRT towards Jurong today... When suddenly the one next to me turned to me and asked me a question out of the blue..

Guy: "Are you from ** poly?" (Assumption made : on the way to Jurong.. only 2 possibilities)
Me: "No?"
Guy: "Then which poly u study in? ** poly?"
Me: "....." Hello! I finished uni liao lo!
Me: "No I not studying le.. I working now..."
Guy: "Huh? You finished poly liao meh?"
Me: "Yes..."
Guy: "How old are you?"
Me: "24...?"
Guy: "Dun bluff..."
Guy's Frenz: (Decided to join in the fun) "Cannot be la..."
Me: "....."
Me: "What you mean cannot be la... i am 24yrs old.. finished poly 4 yrs ago, finished uni 2 years ago and now working liao...." *duhz*

I think those guys got my hint and shutted up... Apparently they think I small mei mei.. easy to tackle and sian..hello.. you so many years younger than me.. still think i younger than you meh.. wan to tackle lao char bo me... wait long long ba.... hahahaha

Death of a relationship....

What leads to death of a relationship..?

It certainly doesnt happen overnight..

Given a case of a third party / a mistress / a gigolo in a relationship, one wun / cant fall in love with another guy / ger overnight.. (unless it is love at first sight.. which I dun bloody hell believe in..... I mean it will be toopidz to break off with your bf / gf for someone you love at first sight right??

Or maybe one partner had a one night stand with someone else and you happen to find out about it... but unless you catch your bf / gf on the spot with the other party... you will most likely only find out about that after some time... but come to think about it... that is surely not the one and only one night stand ur bf / gf has... you might have just caught the 37th one.. which means your bf / gf has been out playing for quite some time oredi..

You certainly wun run out of topic to talk to one another overnight.. (like yesterday you were still chatting about everything under the sky and today you totally have nothing to chat about...)

The only thing I can think of that will break up a relationship overnight is maybe both of you had a super doopy big agrument.. and you think no point being together anymore.. and both of you really broke off overnight... but it will still take some time before you will reach that eruption stage right??

Ok why am I saying all this... I am thinking since nothing can break up a relationship overnight.. it means that warning signs should have shown the alert that your relationship is collapsing, crumbling and falling out of pieces long ago right? Then what are the warning signs to look out for....?

1. You have nothing to chat to one another.. complete silence over the phone or when you go out... and this situation last for a few days continually..to a few weeks... (if it really lasts for a few weeks.. oh my goodness arent u bored??).. you will most likely have already give up talking to each other by then man...

2. You no longer do things together... or maybe you dun even have the urge to see each other.. ex: each of you have ur own plans for the weekdays or the upcoming weekends...not inclusive of ur partner in ur plans.. and this situation too last for a few days / weeks... so end up you havent seen each other for a few days to a few weeks...

The two scenarios are the most common killers in a relationship.. but I had one comical scenario... that is.............

3. When you happily put in a relationship / married on ur Friendster Account when you are attached / happpily married, all the while uploading sweet photos of you and your bf... BUT suddenly you removed all the photos leaving no trace of your bf / gf and change the status back to single...

If your bf / gf starts doing that.. beware man.. they are trying to get themselves hooked up with someone else... hahaha

I hate year end...

I seriously hate year end.... not becoz Christmas or the New Year is coming... not becoz I will need to start racking my brains for Christmas exchanging of presents... not becoz I have tons of weddings to attend resulting in a hole in my pocket...

Becoz becoz I have tons of people calling me with regards to how much I am getting for my year end bonus.!!! Pls la people.. can you just give me a break..?? I know I am lousy, I know I am poor, I know I am useless so stop comparing with this miserable chap here can or not?? Stop stepping on me as if I am grapes from the vineyard...!!

I seriously dun understand why people like to call me...am I such a good example for comparsion?? Why cant you find someone better to compare with?? Someone who is higher and much better than you... set some standards for yourself can or not?? Why people like you like to compare with those who you know cant match up to you...?? WHY WHY WHY!!!! dun start calling me out of the blue pretending to be nice... chat with me about my life, my relationship, my work.. and then the topic starts to divert to.. "hey where you working now huh? oh ang moh company hor.. bonus should be not bad right? How much you getting for your year end bonus this year huh?" fuck off la.. if you are seriously my frenz I bet you will be more concerned about how is life with my family, how is life with my bf and how is life for me on the overall right?? Rather than how much my pay is and how much year end bonus I am getting...

Not only my frenz.. my aunties and uncles also start calling me around this period of time... "hey how are you huh? where you working at now huh? my son / daughter working at blu blu blu company you know... his / her pay is $3600 per month and this year hor he / she getting 4 mths bonus leh!! how much you getting for your year end bonus huh?? No bonus... why??? Cannot be la... how can your company so lousy.. never even give one mth bonus!!" What is wrong with these people... why are you so interested in my pay and my bonus... it is my life wat!! Nothing to do with you right??? 4 mths, 6 mths... let me tell you now and for all ok.. I GOT NO BONUS THIS YEAR LA.. SO STOP ASKING ME THAT FUCKING TOOPIDZ QUESTION ABOUT MY BONUS!!! I got a lousy job in a lousy company, with a lousy pay and no fucking lousy bonus ok??

Idiots!!! Seriously idiots.. fuck off you bloody morons!! the next person who is going to call and ask me anything about my year end bonus... I am going to seriously ask the person to fuck off from my bloody life!!!

New couple on the block..

I must blog about this man.. there is no way I can cover up the happiness I am experiencing now...

Two of my best buddies in Australia are getting married... I am soooo happie for them you know... haha...

They came together during the final year of our university life... the guy was one of my best mates in Aussie.. we practically attended most of our classes together, did most of our projects together, chiong clubbing together, get drunk together.. haha... and he lived just opposite me... hehee... the female was a frenz although not very close until they became together as a pair...I was encouraging the guy to go after the ger for quite some time and he didnt have much confidence that the entire thing might work out.. but it did... and when we finished our studies in Aussie, we all kinda of splited up when we came back to our own countries... the guy to Malaysia, the ger to Indonesia and me to Singapore...

Met the guy during New Year this year in Batu Pahat.. oh one of the reasons why I clicked with the guy was becoz he is from Batu Pahat too.. hehehe.. he lived somewhere near when my grandparents live currently... hehe.... anyway I met him at Seaview Restaurant at Batu Pahat.. he happens to be there with his frenz and I was there having reunion dinner with my entire family tree... and we were so shocked and happy to see each other there.. U cannot believe it.. haha

But anyway their long distance relationship between Malaysia and Indonesia has been going on for about 2 to 3 years now..ever since we came back from Australia... and you know how miserable it is.. to fly to each other country every half a year to meet for only a couple of days? But I am so glad everything worked out and now THEY ARE GETTING MARRIED...

Congratulations Mr Koh and Diana.. (soon to be Mrs Koh!!) Wish you two ever lasting happiness..
