Just kana a ticking off from my boss today...
Indeed it was my bad.. I sent this very rude, harsh & horribly inpolite email to one of my subscribers who is due for renewal in Nov.. (GREEKS..I hate them!! Such stingy buggers!!) He was trying to haggle for a discount on the price which I replied to his email in a total defensive mood leaving him no face at all... you know one of those emails that "scold" you until you are like crap?
And the most toopidz thing was I bcc my boss in it.. with the underlying meaning that if anything happen, at least he know..
Yeh in the end he did know.. in fact he didnt disagree with what I was trying to put through.. but he totally dislike the way I pharse it..
It was sooo bad the client came back with a reply "as per your previous email, I dun think we can have any further discussions". Opps..
Dar think that email was very unprofessional of me too.. true la.. I am in customer service.. should have never written such an email to anybody as much as they piss me off... remember the time I kana a two page complaint letter just because I asked one of the regular clients who is agruing with me over a cup of coffee to go to Starbucks.. =X.. freaked out my operation director who immediately came to look for me and asked "did you really ask the client to go to starbucks.. how could you ask a client to go to the competiton... where did my gal with the highest customer service record go??"... Indeed I messed up.. so sorry Victor to lay you into such shit...
Anyway I have no idea what got over me today... first I agrued with a guy at Netherland Post for holding on to a parcel that should be delivered 2 weeks ago and not informing me.. then I sent this harsh email to a client... now my boss want to send me to some letter/email writing course.. and ask me to sit down with my lady boss on how to structure my emails properly in the future.. fuckz..
I guess maybe.. I need a break...
