Around 7.. me, Ling Ling and Hong Liang left for Little Bali (for anyone interested in finding out more about this chilling out place.. the website is www.littlebali.com) we went there for a company gathering.. mainly organised to welcome Adam and our two new colleagues.. never been to that place before even though i did hear about it a couple times.. anyway supposed to be there for drinks but i insisted on not drinking together with Ling Ling.. i will not get myself into the situation of getting drunk and having itchy rashes all over my body... so i ended up going for a mocktail with the nice name of Sunrise.. which tasted very much like orange juice.. not very nice but not that bad la.. hehe.. then we ordered food.. very difficult meal.. the table we sat at was very small so all of us have to hold on to our plate individually.. but it is overall ok... then the chit chat session starts..
as the night dragged on, it became a little boring for me thou... can't believe i used to love such places, love chionging, love alcohol.. now all these has become a boredom for me really.. dunno what cause the change in me but yah.. i am surprised at it myself... i wasnt even interested in going at first.. just wanna to go home straight after work and nua at home.. but forced to make the trip down for entertainment purposes.. but yah i got to tag along la.. no matter what.. so there I was..
Nic and Adam both got a cigar.. actually i wanted to try... but the cigar smell really strong and i wasn't sure if i will like it or not... and i wasnt even sure if i will be able to smoke it properly without choking on it and making a fool out of myself... so considering all the pros and cons of the situation i decided to give up on the idea and for a bit i hate myself for it.. hahaha.. but never mind.. i believe i will get over it sooner or later.. then Faith order shishah..(look at the picture below)
it look really cool loh.. i saw someone smoking that in a nearby area when we first arrived at the pub so i was really curious about how the whole thing work really.. hahaha.. so when it came, all of us except for Ling Ling gave it a try.. which means I gave it a try too.. frankly speaking i didnt thought it was anything serious until when i came back to Woodlands and told my darling about it then he told me it was actually tobaco.. stupid me ... anyway i went ahead to try it.. didnt like it at all becoz all it does is make me sick.. yucks.. the fruity taste just infuse in ur mouth and you breathe out the smoke and that's it.. it doesn't do anything at all.. simply meaningless lo.. i sweared i will never try it again... once and that's it..
very relieved that the entire thing came to a end around 11+.. can't wait to go back home man.. hahha.. so me and Ling Ling.. we rushed onto a cab back home... went to meet my darling who drove me home from his place... hehehehe.. very glad that he is able to drive now.. even though it is a short distance.. at least it shows that his leg is recovering.. thank god..
